I think I'll start with Cyber, Tyra, Yorick and Thorntail, a bit later I'll add in Hissi, then loads of other peeps.

Yuri woke up in the team base, yawning tiredly. With no surprise, she noticed that Fudge had gotten up early again today. What was he trying to prove? It was obvious that he wanted to be with Seren and not her. The silver teddiursa got to her feet, sighing. Well, it didn't matter. It's not like she really liked him back, anyways.
"Mom?"
Yuri turned to see her daughter, Ruki coming in. Yuri forced a smile despite how stressed she was. "Yes, dear?"
"Where's Dad?" Ruki asked. Yuri shrugged but didn't answer. She just left the room, only to bump into Siriol.
"Watch it!" Yuri spat before realising who it was. "Oh, sorry, Sir. Didn't you there." Siriol nodded and then dodged round her.

(I'll reveal Half-Moon later... right now I'll stick to Yuri just because.)

Cyber woke from a dreamless sleep. His companion, the Honchkrow Tyra, was still asleep.
Cyber wanted so badly to get into one of those teams. Preferably Eclipse. His dream was to explore all corners of the world alongside Tyra.
He stood outside the Eclipse doorway.
"No...I must do this!" Cyber was quite a timid Weavile.
Behind him, Tyra awoke.
"What are you doing?"
"I never told you, did I. Well..." Cyber sat down beside Tyra. "You know I've always wanted to be...you know...kind of...famous?"
"Like everyone, yeah...?" Tyra was puzzled.
"Well...I want to be an explorer. In...you know...Team Eclipse."
Tyra sighed. "You just want more people behind your back so that you can get rid of Yorick and his friends."
Cyber nervously anticipated the answer.
"Count me in!" Tyra smiled. "We need protection while we learn to protect ourselves!"

Far away, on Mt. Claw, a place of legends, cold winds whipped around the peak. A Blaziken clambered up to the cavern that was his new home.
"Sire...I am here!"
"With the Grovyle, I presume."
"Yes. Unconscious, so as to not cause any trouble."
"Good, Yorick. I shall begin. Vinetail's dark age will begin!"
"This will make him....permanently Thorntail, won't it, Sire?"
The Grovyle's deep black colour was fading. The Sceptile, also unconscious, was darkening.
"Yes, Yorick. The transferral is almost complete."
The Grovyle was awakening. The transferral wouldn't be completed. At this point, she was a grey-green colour.
"Cromera! You must leave my soul."
"Agreed. Yorick, go hide!"
Yorick retreated to the back of the cavern and seemed to dissolve into the shadows.
The Grovyle was now fully awake. For some reason, she didn't recognise the Sceptile's face. She barely recognised her own name.
"Hissi...I am Hissi..."
Just like her true self, she fled from the cavern. Without a map to guide her, without knowledge of this land.
Strange, seeing as she had been here before...
